If you have a flight booking with Southwest Airlines but unfortunately, you have to cancel the flight booking due to any reason, you are allowed to do that. According to the Southwest Airlines cancellation policy due to weather, if the flight canceled, you can book the next flight for the same route and will get the refund if there is a fare difference plus refund of the one-way ticket.
